The Daines campaign sent a press release today highlighting our Democrat Appointed Senator's recent position switch on Obamacare.
According to the release, In a recent interview with Montana Public Radio, Walsh insisted, “I don’t know that you’ve ever heard me come out and say that I support the Affordable Care Act.”
But in a trip to Missoula a few months ago, he made a sales pitch for Obamacare, according to the Daines release. KECI reported that Walsh thought Obamacare was a “good move” and that “it makes no sense for Congress to repeal it.”
“We need to… continue to move forward,” Walsh stated while getting his flu shot in November, this press release points out.
And according to the same release, in an interview he did with the Billings Gazette just last month, he reiterated, “We need to move forward…not repeal it and take a step backwards.”
